I was very worried that I would be the most unfit one in a sea of body beautifuls. Now I have lost just under stone and toned up massively - thighs of steel now! I feel invigorated, sparky, happier, healthier, fitter than ever and annoyed that I didn't do this earlier!

Before I started bootcamp I felt tired, sluggish, fat and unhealthy. I was nervous about contacting Emma because "Bootcamp" sounds pretty serious and I assumed everyone would be super fit and I wasn't sure I would be able to keep up. But now I feel great! I lost 10lbs in the first four weeks and now I am much more healthy and physically fit. My diet has improved, I sleep better and I have more energy.

Before joining Bootcamp I was a size 14/16 with high blood pressure and swollen ankles. I was worried about going being 50+ and wasn't sure I would be able to keep up with the pace. After meeting Emma and other members I was made welcome and everyone was so friendly. Since joining I have lost 11 pounds and am now a size 12/14. My blood pressure has reduced and no more swollen ankles. I feel I have a new lease of life and feel happier and healthier in myself, all thanks to Emma's bootcamp.

After 30 days I lost 8.5 inches off my body and 10lbs in weight and felt great about myself. I noticed that my energy levels started to improve by the second week and now my general health feels excellent. Emma was really helpful with useful tips and recipe ideas. I feel this has worked for me because it's not a diet but just general healthy eating and exercise, which means you can continue to maintain it.

I wanted to do something constructive to get fitter and tone up and bootcamp offered an (intensive) opportunity of doing just that. Throughout the course I certainly felt fitter - well, after the first few days once I was more used to it. My strength increased and generally I felt better too. My legs certainly toned up (my main aim) and that of course helped increase my own feel good factor.
